The Literature Centre, in partnership with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra, Yamaha and Australian Piano Warehouse, is proud to present The Sound of Picture Books. JANUARY UPDATE! Restoration works are well underway and progress is exciting. Due to some unforeseen delays, we must advise that our return to the Centre will now be early March 2021.
Our temporary office remains open at 8 The Terrace, Fremantle (part of the Fremantle Prison) and staff are all contactable as per normal on phone and email.

We were sad to cancel our highly anticipated annual Conference scheduled for October 2020. Due to many uncertainties surrounding COVID-19 and border restrictions in Australia, it was a tough decision that had to be made early on in the year. We alternate our program focus from Children's Literature to Young Adult Literature each year. 2020 was to be our Young Adult focus.
