Get behind the Old Fremantle Prison walls for an intimate evening with author Sienna Rose Scully on 20 April.

Join us behind the Old Fremantle Prison Hospital walls for an intimate evening with Sienna Rose Scully, local author and creator of a short story about the reality of life with OCD. The story became the inspiration for the Fremantle Press published anthology 'Try Not To Think of a Pink Elephant'. This collection of real-life stories from a range of contributing authors with lived experience is insightful and heartbreaking with some humour along the way. Spend an evening with us and discover the experiences behind these thought-provoking stories including Sienna's own on the untimely death of her mother, an event that actualised her most persistent OCD obsession. This will be a truly unique conversation. One not to be missed.

Sienna Rose Scully is the youngest of four children. She studied as a student-athlete in the USA where she played soccer at a collegiate level. She recently returned from living in Buenos Aires, Argentina with her fiancé, to move back to Fremantle. Along with diagnoses of depression and chronic anxiety, Sienna has dealt with OCD since childhood and is passionate about bringing awareness to what this disorder entails and helping other OCD sufferers.
