Aimee is an experienced educator and administrator dedicated to fostering a love of reading and writing across Western Australia. Aimee holds a Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from the University of Wollongong. In a previous life Aimee worked at Books Etc in London and taught English as a Second Language in Japan. In her current role Aimee is responsible for the coordination of student workshops and various funded programs, serving as the bridge between schools and TLC’s talented pool of educators and authors. Whether helping a teacher arrange an author to visit a school or assisting in the development of well-being-focused storytelling sessions, Aimee’s work is defined by her commitment to supporting both students' creative growth and their social-emotional health.
