Anne-Marie has over 30 years experience in community engagement, project and event management in corporate and not for profit organisations. During this time she is proud to have managed a number of awards programs including the Australian of the Year Awards in WA. Anne-Marie has contributed as a committee member for Zonta House Refuge in support of victims of domestic violence. With a love of all facets of the arts – born from many years as a ballroom dance specialist and World Championship competitor and coach, Anne-Marie is currently a member of an Arts Advisory Committee, and has been a committee member of Arts Impact WA and a board member for community theatre organisations. As a keen reader Anne-Marie, appreciates the early encouragement of both family and educators in opening up the world of imagination and storytelling through books – and nothing beats the joy of turning the pages of real books.
