Special Offer - Literature Workshops In Schools

Published on Monday, 15 February 2021 at 4:22:00 PM

Dear Teachers,

We understand these COVID times have been unpredictable for schools and our thoughts have been with you.  As we know, uncertainty continues in 2021.

Exciting, interactive incursions have always been something we can offer schools. In 2021, we'd like to extend a 25% discount on our normal fee to present workshops in your school.  We know this may assist you given school excursions may not be possible at this time.

Our Literature Workshops will give your students the enjoyment of interacting with the original artwork and process material of a picture book, enhancing and broadening their visual literacy as well as working on their inferential comprehension.  We have over 25 Australian picture book exhibitions in our collection and we can discuss with you what exhibition will work best with your year level. See our range of Travelling Book Exhibitions for Literature Workshops HERE

We are offering a reduced daily fee of $600* for Incursions (normally $880.00).

Tailored sessions range from 60-90 minutes, typically 1 class per session.  Our special offer enables an Education Officer to work safely in your school, whether it be Department of Education, Independent or Catholic Education, working with one class at a time and adhering to COVID-19 safety measures from the Western Australian Department of Health.

* Please Note: An additional travel fee may apply to the booking, whether in Perth or regional WA.
