Celebrate stories of belonging and hope at our Storytellers Festival on June 26

For the first time ever, we are hosting our annual festival at the modern and spacious Fremantle Library, right in the heart of Fremantle.

Attendees will be welcomed in the Koort, outside the library entrance by the Noongar singing group Madjitil Moorna. Performances and presentations by Cath MooreMatt Ottley and Meg McKinlay (pictured), will take place centre stage on Level 1.

The festival's free workshops from authors and artists James FoleyGabriel EvansTina WilsonMadjitil MoornaCath Moore and Meg McKinlay will take place throughout the three levels of the library.

You'll be able to purchase books from The Literature Centre's pop-up book shop on Level 1 and have them signed by the artists on the Ground Floor.

This year we are happy to announce that select performances and a workshop will be Auslan Interpreted. See our festival program for details.

Visit our friendly staff at the Information Desk in the Lobby of the Ground Floor for queries and directions. All workshops and levels are accessible via lifts and stairs.
